Blue Fridge Films is an independent production company in New York. We make short narrative films, music videos and micro documentaries: grounded stories about people, told with a straight face and usually a little absurdity as well.

We believe in real, independent, human filmmaking above everything. Every project gets the same care, from the first conversation to the final color, whether it is one of our own films or a collaboration.

Our films include A Tight Squeeze, now on the festival circuit, and The Cricket at the Bottom of the Glass and That’s Wack, currently in post-production. We also partner with artists, brands and organizations on music videos like Dead Surfer and on short documentary portraits.

Founded by filmmaker and content producer Alexis Erey. We also make Take After Take, a podcast about cinema and filmmaking.
